Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to scrub all routine and emergent cases in Ortho, General, Endo, Sports Medicine, Gyn, C-Sections. Total Joints experience required. Previous Critical Access Hospital experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Cataract experience highly preferred.

Required Credentials: Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Special Requests: No locals; travelers must live 50+ miles from facility. RTO must be included in submission; please try to limit to 5 days. Must be ok to assist with duties in Decontam, Sterile Processing, Endo

Unit Details: Works as scrub tech and may assist as 2nd circulator when directly supervised by the RN 1st circulator. Assists with duties in Decontam, Sterile Processing, and Endo. Types of surgeries/procedures performed: Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Obstetrics/gynecology, General surgery, and Endoscopy.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Thursday. On-call 1 weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) + 3 weeknights/month.

5 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
