We are privately held American owned small business made up of five (5) vertically integrated manufacturing and assembly divisions, each with their own history, specializations and products.
We are looking for experienced Production Assemblers with the following qualifications:
JOB SUMMARY
With supervision, perform basic and routine assembly operations on components, and subassemblies in accordance with military, aerospace and or other assembly standards using visual aids and verbal written instructions.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands include the following but are not limited to: good mobility, physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and capable of routinely bending to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, lift bundles to shelves, cables and harnesses and carry to different departments.

SCHEDULE/COMPENSATION
- Monday through Thursday (4-Day, 40-Hour Workweek)
- 6:00AM - 4:30PM
- Possible OT on Friday and/or Saturday as production demands require
- Hourly; Full-Time $16/HR(Depending on Experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, Traveler/Routers, Bills of Material & Wire Lists
- Check routers for errors
- Able to perform clip loading, bonding, stripping, ink stamp, work with molding and rubber machinery
- Perform wire cutting, braiding, making markers, and keying
- Potting of cable subs and assemblies
- Use cable assembling hand and power tools such as heat guns, hand crimpers, screw drivers etc.
- Ensure work areas and kept clean and organized, free from FOD
- Abide by DCX-CHOL Enterprises policies, training, and quality and safety practices.
- Competent in the daily tasks to meet their job duties
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Cable/Harness Assembly in Aerospace and Military Applications
- Connector Assembly Experience in Commercial and Military Applications, Soldering Experience per MIL-STD-2000, IPC-610, IPC-620 and/or J-Std-001-Class 3.
- Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints, Schematics, Traveler/Routers, Bills of Material & Wire Lists.
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions and be detailed oriented.
- Maintain a clean, safe well organized work-station through routine housekeeping.
- Familiarity with continuous-improvement techniques.
- Good eyesight and excellent finger dexterity
- MIL-STD experience preferred
