Where: Charles Industries - 1411 McRoberts Rd, Canton, MO 63435

We are hiring for production assemblers to join on our team on all shifts!

Pay Range: $15-$17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist in assembly and manufacturing processes on-site
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Dependability and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Basic understanding of assembly or manufacturing is a plus
