Manufacturing Associate
Location: Newton, NC
Pay: $18.00/hr $20+ when hired
Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading employer in Catawba County, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their growing team. This role is essential to supporting second or third shift operations, and we’re looking for individuals who take pride in precision, teamwork, and problem solving.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and inspect automotive components to meet exact specifications

• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently

• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet standards

• Work closely with team members to achieve production goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED (will need to verify)

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• The ability to work up to 7 days a week as needed for overtime
