Our client, a leading organization in enterprise learning and development, is seeking a dedicated Learning Delivery Coordinator to join their team. As a Learning Delivery Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Learning & Organizational Development department supporting various training programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Learning Delivery Coordinator
Location: Remote, based in Davidson, NC
Pay Range: $25
Shift: Typically 9-5, with flexibility to support onsite workshops from 7-3 as needed
What's the Job?
- Coordinate LMS setup, manage participant lists, enrollments, and program schedules to ensure seamless program launches
- Support onsite workshops by coordinating logistics, materials, and facilitator support to ensure smooth execution
- Set up and support virtual training sessions, including managing links, rosters, and troubleshooting during live sessions
- Manage learner communications, including invites, reminders, and inquiries, maintaining clear and professional correspondence
- Maintain program materials, update content, and capture feedback for continuous improvement
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–3 years’ experience in coordination, administration, or training support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with LMS platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
