Your Role

As a Medical Coordinator, you are a key part of the patient experience. Youll:

• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
• Coordinate care safely, efficiently, and compassionately
• Handle prior authorizations, insurance tasks, and other administrative duties
• Collaborate with providers and medical assistants to support smooth clinic operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive patient experiences

What Were Looking For

Preferred but not required:

• Experience in a medical setting or with medical terminology
• Customer service experience
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, or Substance Use Disorder care

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, MondayFriday (No weekends)
• Pay: $15/hr
