Logistics Coordinator

Salary: $55k to $60k DOE

Job Summary: Responsible for managing all aspects of trailer logistics and lease/rental operations at the Mt. Pleasant branch.

Essential Duties:

• Manage all aspects of trailer inventory at the branch for all profit centers
• Perform digital inbound and outbound trailer inspections for all profit centers
• Provide freight quotes and approve freight invoices as needed
• Inspection of trailers for safety and federal guidelines
• Perform light manual tasks as needed, including trailer sweeping
• Timely communication with sales team members as needed
• Process all lease and rental operations tasks including credit applications, agreements, telematics, and repairs.
• Assist with collections of Account Receivables
• Daily administrative paperwork and electronic filing
• Attend company meetings as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Education - High school diploma; college degree preferred
• Two years industry experience preferred

Physical Environments:

• Noise levels are moderate to high at times
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to get in, out and underneath trailers as well as regularly walk the yard
