Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide clerical and technical support for the department/agency collection of client demographics. This will include typing, filing, and compiling pertinent information and being responsible for entering data into Clarity accurately.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all data entry is accurate (Clarity and CNCAP In-house database)
- Maintain a 5% or less null/error rate on Clarity Data Entry
- Assist Program Specialist and agency data staff in reviewing and correcting data error reports as needed
- Process and send out payments to vendors
- Collect basic intake information from various departments on an ongoing basis
- Assist with special activities to support department functions
- Adhere to all CNCAP policies and procedures
- Assist with compiling and processing information for the Family Outreach Department
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- 1-3 years of experience in clerical work or data entry
- This position is not remote and must report to the Loup City office
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Detailed-oriented
- Oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint, and databases
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with others
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: Flexible
REPORTS TO: Data Coordinator
JOB STATUS: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY: $18.50 - $20.25 per hour depending on qualifications
