Your Daily Mission:

• Source qualified IT, business, and project management professionals
• Develop and maintain candidate relationships
• Cold call and generate quality leads
• Build our talent network strategically
• Work collaboratively in a supportive, high-energy environment
• Enjoy your 7:30-5:30 or 8-6 schedule (your choice!)

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree

What You'll Receive:

• Starting base: $45K-$50K (increases to $72.5K with performance)
• First-year commission: $10K-$30K (uncapped)
• Quarterly and annual bonuses: $1K-$10K
