Job Description
Marketing Manager

Elevate Dental Partners
Full-Time | Hybrid in Denver | $92,000–$100,000

Elevate Dental Partners is a growing dental partnership organization (DPO) built to help high-performing, local dental practices thrive while preserving what makes each practice unique. As we continue to expand our network of supported dental offices, we are investing in the people, systems, and marketing strategies needed to support sustainable growth across our practices and our broader business development efforts.

Our culture is practical, collaborative, and growth-minded. We value people who take initiative, communicate clearly, solve problems, and build trust with the teams they support. This role is for someone who wants to help shape how a growing organization tells its story, supports its practices, attracts new patients, and builds long-term value.

Position Overview

Elevate Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing performance across both practice-level B2C marketing (~75%) focused on new patient acquisition and retention, and corporate-level B2B marketing (~25%) supporting Elevate’s business development and practice acquisition efforts.

On the B2C side, you’ll serve as the primary marketing partner for a defined group of practices. You will translate strategy into localized execution, build strong relationships with practice teams, and use data to continuously sharpen performance. On the B2B side, you’ll support Elevate’s growth by creating materials and campaigns that speak to dentists, practice owners, and potential partners. As the organization grows, so will your scope.

The ideal candidate brings 3–7 years of multi-location or multi-brand marketing experience, a strong grasp of the full marketing funnel, and the confidence to make decisions and drive results.

Why This Role Matters

Marketing plays a direct role in helping our practices grow, strengthening patient demand, improving local brand presence, and supporting Elevate’s continued expansion. This role gives you the opportunity to influence both day-to-day practice performance and the broader growth story of Elevate Dental Partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Marketing – End-to-End
  • Serve as the marketing lead for a defined group of practices, driving their marketing performance and acting as their primary point of contact

  • Manage and execute localized marketing strategies that drive new patient acquisition and improve retention

  • Build trusted relationships with practice teams and proactively surface and solve marketing challenges

Campaign & Vendor Management
  • Lead the rollout and optimization of marketing campaigns aligned with each practice’s growth goals

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and freelancers - web designers, print vendors, and other marketing partners - holding them accountable to timelines and quality

  • Own online reputation management, including review monitoring and professional response execution

Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyze marketing funnel performance from awareness through patient conversion, identifying actionable opportunities at each stage

  • Report on marketing KPIs and provide clear, data-driven insights to the Director of Marketing

  • Ensure data accuracy and traceability so that decisions are grounded in reliable reporting

Marketing Operations & Execution
  • Execute day-to-day marketing requests including website updates, print ad creation and updates, and flyers; manage the ordering and fulfillment process for branded materials across practices

  • Own Google Ads campaign performance end-to-end, including building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns directly, with the ability to work alongside specialists when needed

  • Maintain and update online directory listings across platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent practice information

  • Step in to provide cross-practice marketing coverage and continuity when needed

  • Adapt quickly as priorities shift by bringing a solutions-first mindset to whatever the day demands

  • Support onsite marketing training, local events, and operational needs

  • Lead or assist rebranding initiatives, ensuring each practice maintains a consistent, professional brand identity across all channels

B2B & Business Development Support (~25%)
  • Support Elevate Dental Partners’ B2B marketing efforts by creating materials and campaigns that help attract potential practice partners and acquisition opportunities

  • Partner with leadership to translate Elevate’s value proposition into clear, professional messaging for dentists, practice owners, brokers, and referral sources

  • Help manage and improve business development marketing assets, including website content, social media, pitch materials, email campaigns, presentations, and targeted outreach support

What You BringRequired
  • 3–7 years of marketing experience managing campaigns across multiple locations or brands, ideally in healthcare or a service-based environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently: managing your own priorities, making sound judgment calls, and delivering results

  • Strong command of the full marketing funnel, with hands-on experience in campaigns focused on conversion and patient/customer acquisition

  • Data fluency: comfortable pulling insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools and turning them into action

  • Hands-on Google Ads experience, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, or close partnership with paid search specialists

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfort navigating marketing tech stacks

  • Experience creating marketing materials using Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar tools

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you are known for being proactive, organized, and easy to work with

  • A collaborative mindset - willing to flex, pitch in, and adjust when the team needs it

Preferred
  • Previous experience in dental or healthcare marketing (clinical or non-clinical)

  • Familiarity with multi-brand or DSO environments

Role Details
  • Schedule: Full-time

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid in Denver, with 3 days per week in office

  • Travel: Up to 10%, primarily same-day trips to practices; occasional overnight travel as needed

  • Compensation: $92,000–$100,000 salary, commensurate with experience

  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with company match

If you are a marketing professional who takes initiative, brings structure to ambiguity, and wants to make a real impact across a growing network of practices, we would love to hear from you.
