Job Summary We are seeking aEKG Tech Instructorto join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through theEKG Techcurriculum, preparing them for successful careers in the healthcare field. You will use your practical experience as aEKG Techto instruct students on clinical and administrative duties, medical procedures, and patient care. The ideal candidate has strong teaching skills, a passion for helping students succeed, and practical experience in the medical field, specifically inEKG Tech.

Responsibilities
TeachEKG Techcourse curriculum, including clinical and administrative skills
Prepare instructional materials and deliver lectures, practical labs, and demonstrations
Evaluate student performance through tests, assessments, and practical skills demonstrations
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grading, and progress tracking
Provide students with real-world examples and insights from personal experience in a medical office setting
Assist in developing lesson plans, maintaining the course syllabus, and updating curriculum as needed
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students from various educational backgrounds
Provide guidance on BLS Certification and CertifiedEKG Tech(CET) exam preparation
Supervise students during clinical practice sessions
Qualifications

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
