Starting Pay: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 + Full Benefits | Full-Time | Faith-Based Nonprofit

Were looking for apassionate Case Manger for our Pearls Hope Programin theTulsametro area that will take the lead in providing help, healing, and hope to the surrounding community and those served through our Pearls Hope transitional living program.. - Support participants in overcoming barriers to housing, education, employment, income, and transportation.
- Facilitate program orientation and ensure understanding of expectations and responsibilities.
- Develop and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), including quarterly progress reviews.
- Provide ongoing support through weekly check-ins, guidance, and family-strengthening activities.
- Connect participants to community resources, coordinate referrals, and build strategic partnerships.
- Organize educational and life skills programming (e.g., personal development, hygiene, cooking, housekeeping).
- Assist participants with career exploration and collaborate with employers to create job opportunities.
- Maintain regular engagement through house meetings and relationship-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with program policies, participant accountability, and adequate living supplies.
- Advocate for participants rights while supporting increasing independence.Coordinate community involvement, visitation, and transportation as needed.
- Support participant well-being by understanding medication, dietary, and childcare needs.
- Participate in on-call duties and ensure safety/security of housing units.
- Track outcomes, facilitate monthly reviews, and contribute to program improvement efforts.

- An excellent listener, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort level in delivering presentations and training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through in a timely manner.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others and engage in critical thinking.
- Motivated to continually develop knowledge in social services by participating in ongoing professional development through training, meetings, and educational courses.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as ability to learn software and database programs.
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher in social work; and/or a minimum of (5) years direct care experience in a human services field.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience working with homeless, near homeless and/or other similar disenfranchised populations.
- Demonstrated discretion in dealing with sensitive issues and client privacy.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check, Department of Transportation check, pre-employment physical, drug test as required by Department of Human Services
- Possess a valid Oklahoma drivers license and a good driving record
