Key Responsibilities

• Own the EWM work stream for the EMEA S/4HANA rollout.
• Lead warehouse process workshops and design sessions with EMEA operations teams.
• Explain how EWM design choices affect queues, inventory, production, logistics, and supportability.
• Provide consultative recommendations and alternatives when business requests conflict with EWM best practice.
• Partner with Manufacturing, P2P/GTS, Lead-to-Cash, testing, data, and reporting leads.
• Ensure EWM documentation and knowledge transfer are sufficient for support teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Identify risk areas early to avoid recurring queue errors, support tickets, and operational disruption.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP logistics experience with deep EWM expertise.
• Direct S/4HANA EWM experience required.
• Prior work stream lead experience on SAP deployments.
• Hands-on understanding of warehouse operations, inventory flow, manufacturing integration, and logistics execution.
• Strong consultative communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or deploying EWM in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP Transportation Management.
• EMEA or multi-country rollout experience.

They are hiring both Support Leaders and Support Analysts across several workstreams, including PTS-EWM, PTS-Manufacturing, PTP, GTS, LTC, CTL, and RTR. These roles are focused on North America post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, root cause analysis, backlog management, and ongoing SAP support, while also helping prepare for the next phase of the global rollout.

Their most urgent needs right now are in RTR, PTS-EWM, and LTC, for both Support Leaders and Support Analysts. They're specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.

They are hybrid roles in the Minneapolis area, although there is some flexibility depending on experience and the specific role.
