Advantage Hospice is growing, and we're looking for a relationship-builder who knows the Northeast Ohio hospice market and wants to own a territory. If you thrive on being out in the field, opening doors, and turning conversations into lasting referral partnerships, this is your role.

This is a hospice-specific liaison / community care consultant position relationship-driven and built for someone who follows up better than anyone else.

What you'll do

• Strengthen our existing referral relationships and develop new ones
• Make the calls, schedule the meetings, present our services in person and follow up, follow up, follow up
• Identify, target, and develop new referral partners
• Represent Advantage Hospice at community events
  

What you bring

• 13 years in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or a liaison role hospice, palliative care, or senior care preferred
• Existing relationships with referral sources in Northeast Ohio
• Knowledge of hospice and the referral process
• A self-starter who's organized, outgoing, and professional
