Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Associate
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This dual-role position involves making deliveries throughout the Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties) while also supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials and products to customer locations
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport
- Verify order accuracy upon delivery and obtain customer signatures as required
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip; report issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, store, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain accurate inventory by labeling and storing materials properly
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime opportunities available
- Must be available to work every other Saturday
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience (box truck or company vehicle preferred)
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
