What You’ll Do

• Perform precise die setups on operating stamping presses—both full-revolution and part-revolution.
• Load and unload material coils to keep production moving.
• Verify quality using gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Assess and calculate inventory needs to fulfill production orders.
• Handle hand tools responsibly and read blueprints accurately.
• Operate and help maintain machinery within and outside the department.
• Cross-train to broaden your skill set and support team goals.

What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1-5 years in Manufacturing, as a Machine Operator, or with Stamping Presses.
