Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Dublin, Ohio (Onsite)
Contract Through End of September

What You’ll Do:
- Provide behind-the-scenes clerical and transactional support to the escrow processing team
- Perform accurate, high-volume alphanumeric data entry
- Identify, prevent, and correct errors in a detail-intensive, deadline-driven environment
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to consistently meet established deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members via written and verbal channels
- Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and routine business communication
- Follow established processes with consistency, accuracy, and flexibility as priorities shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail – you catch errors others miss and take pride in getting it right
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable in a support-focused, non-client-facing back-office role
- Quick learner who adapts well to structured processes and established workflows
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented with a consistently positive attitude
- Open to continued learning and growth within a team-first organization
