$14.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assist customers with parts inquiries, product selection, and order processing.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support business needs.
Source and order parts from vendors while ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
Track and coordinate shipments to ensure the timely delivery of parts and materials.
Collaborate with service and operations teams to identify parts requirements for repairs and maintenance.
Resolve customer and vendor concerns related to orders, availability, pricing, and delivery.
Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in parts sales, inventory control, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of RV, automotive, or equipment parts is a plus.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to lift, move, and organize parts and inventory as needed.
