Machine Maintenance Technician (Adjuster) – Direct Hire
3rd shift – Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7:30am (will train on 1st shift)
$25-$32/hr. + $1.50 shift diff - paid weekly!
Lebanon / Mason area
Our client is seeking a mechanically inclined Machine Maintenance Technician to support production operations by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, machine changeovers, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Diagnose machine jams, skips, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks
- Read blueprints and technical documentation for parts identification
- Monitor product quality and machine performance
- Support safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with production teams to achieve operational goals
Qualifications
- 5 years combined previous industrial maintenance, machine operator, or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with machine setups, adjustments, and repairs preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
