We are seeking a knowledgeable and community-oriented Insurance Associate to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys working with people, can manage deadlines, and is comfortable conducting one-on-one client meetings. The role involves both in-office work and travel to visit clients on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with local personal lines, commercial and agricultural clients
  • Educate clients insurance options and policy coverage
  • Process applications, policy changes, and claims support
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely policy servicing
  • Travel locally to meet with clients (must have reliable transportation)
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and insurance products

Requirements
  • Strong customer service background: insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet hard and fast deadlines
  • Must reside in Livingston County, IL
  • Must obtain a Property & Casualty License within 90 days of hire (paid by employer)
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
  • Prior experience in insurance, sales, or farm-related industries is a plus
