Machine Operators/Assemblers

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators and Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring the production of high-quality products. What you'd be doing:
Operate various manufacturing machinery with precision, including CNC machines, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble components accurately.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards.
Assemble parts utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques as required.
Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and quality benchmarks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
Support warehouse operations by handling materials with forklift equipment when necessary.
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.

Who we're looking for:
Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation roles preferred.
Mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Familiarity with fabrication processes such as machining and welding.
Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
Basic understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and technical documentation.
Prior experience working with manufacturing or warehouse environments is advantageous.
