We're growing and actively seeking experienced multifamily professionals to join our team throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Whether your expertise is in leasing, management, or maintenance, we want to connect with talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding communities.
Current Opportunities:
- Leasing Consultants
- Assistant Property Managers
- Property Managers
- Make Ready Technicians
- Maintenance Technicians / Ticket Runners
- Lead Maintenance Technicians
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the community.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environment.
- Ensure company policies and community standards are upheld.
- Assist in achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and financial goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous multifamily experience preferred (requirements vary by position).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and motivated individuals.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- EPA Certification preferred for maintenance positions.
- Knowledge of ResMan is a plus for office positions
