About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Nursing Assistant to provide essential care and support to our residents. This role is perfect for a compassionate and reliable individual who takes pride in helping others live their best lives.


Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver essential daily nursing care and services, ensuring each resident's personal needs and wishes are met with dignity and respect.
  • Safety and Well-being: Actively monitor residents' conditions, promptly reporting any changes, incidents, or injuries to the Director of Nursing or Resident Care Coordinator to ensure immediate and appropriate care.
  • Personal Assistance: Support residents with daily tasks, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility, such as turning, lifting, and transporting them safely.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with routine activities like feeding residents, answering call bells, and participating in nursing reports to stay updated on care plans and resident status.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Uphold established safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and infection control procedures, to ensure a clean and secure living space for all residents.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • One (1) year experience, preferred.
  • CNA/HCA/Nursing Assistant License or Certification.
  • Valid CPR/First aid card.
