Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Our client is seeking dependable and motivated Forge Press Operators to join their manufacturing team in Verdi, NV. The Forge Press Operator plays a key role in the manufacturing process by supporting daily forging operations, operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and helping ensure products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Successful candidates will be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload forged metal parts from press equipment
• Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers
• Operate trim presses and other manufacturing equipment as trained
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to verify product quality
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, heat, and industrial equipment
• Forklift, overhead crane, or material handling experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to work safely in an active manufacturing environment
