Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Iron Trail Motors is a Toyota and Chevrolet dealership in Virginia, MN seeking to add an Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager to our high-performance team. Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Evaluate credit reports.
• Obtain financing for vehicles
• Present and sell finance, insurance and protection products to customers
• Ensure all paperwork complies with state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with lenders and have strong influence in securing loan approvals.
• Accurately complete and submit all financing paperwork to finance sources.
• Maximize dealership profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with sales management to ensure smooth deal flow.

Automotive finance Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Automotive finance, bank loan officer, or insurance experience required.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Self motivation and a desire for success.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
