Production Cleaner (All Shifts Available)
Pay: $17.00 for Day Shifts, $18.00 for Night Shifts
Available Shifts:
Shift A (Day Shift): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Rotating schedule:Week 1: Monday – Thursday,Week 2: Monday – Wednesday
Shift B (Night Shift): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Rotating schedule:Week 1: Monday – Thursday,Week 2: Monday – Wednesday
Shift C (Day Shift): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Friday – Sunday
- Week 2: Thursday – Sunday
Shift D (Night Shift): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Friday – Sunday
- Week 2: Thursday – Sunday
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Cleaners to support our processing operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is essential to ensuring all processing areas remain compliant with 5S standards, scrap is removed promptly, and production data is accurately maintained in RedZone.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all processing areas.
- Ensure all work areas remain compliant with 5S standards at all times.
- Remove and properly dispose of scrap material from processing areas.
- Enter and maintain accurate production and operational data in RedZone.
- Support overall operational efficiency by keeping workspaces safe, clean, and organized.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding area needs and priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, janitorial, or production experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
