Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Assembly Operator positions for a Manufacturing company in Lewisburg, TN. These are Temp/Contract jobs. Apply now!
Duties for this position include:
• Assemble automotive components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify proper assembly
• Report any defective parts or machinery issues to team leaders or maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and PPE guidelines
• Support team members and contribute to overall production goals
Compensation (USD):
1st Shift
$15.00/hour
2nd Shift
$16.00/hour
Schedule:
1st Shift
Monday - Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
or 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Monday – Friday
3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
or 4:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (automotive industry preferred)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical work instructions
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and productivity standards in a production setting
• Ability to use basic measurement tools such as calipers or gauges is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods (8–12 hours)
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 35 lbs. regularly
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools
• Comfortable working in environments with noise, heat, chemicals, or dust (with proper PPE)
• Capable of wearing respiratory and safety equipment as required
