Medical Assistant Join Our Care Team!
Schedule: Full-time | 4/10 schedule
Pay: $18.80-$19.58/hr DOE

We are seeking a Medical Assistant -no prior experience needed- who enjoys supporting providers, assisting patients throughout their visit, and helping keep clinic operations running smoothly. What Youll Do:
- Greet patients, assist with checkin, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
- Prepare for visits through chart scrubbing, previsit planning, and record updates.
- Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings, review histories, and document accurately in the EHR.
- Assist providers during exams and procedures, including setup and chaperoning as needed.
- Manage delegated EHR inbox tasks such as referrals, normal results, refill requests, and patient cases.
- Make followup calls and support care coordination with the clinical team.
- Collect and process specimens, perform CLIAwaived tests, and complete quality control tasks as assigned.
- Stock supplies, clean and organize exam rooms, and maintain equipment.
- Assist patients with required paperwork and coordination with outside agencies.
- Contribute to teamwork, excellent customer service, and a positive, missiondriven clinic culture.

Requirements:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification (or obtained upon hire)
- Valid Drivers License
Preferred:
- CNA License
- National Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA)
- Phlebotomy experience
- Two (2) years experience in community health or a physicians office
