Medical Assistant Join Our Care Team!

Schedule: Full-time | 4/10 schedule
Pay: $18.80-$19.58/hr DOE

We are seeking a Medical Assistant -no prior experience needed- who enjoys supporting providers, assisting patients throughout their visit, and helping keep clinic operations running smoothly. What Youll Do:

• Greet patients, assist with checkin, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
• Prepare for visits through chart scrubbing, previsit planning, and record updates.
• Room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings, review histories, and document accurately in the EHR.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures, including setup and chaperoning as needed.
• Manage delegated EHR inbox tasks such as referrals, normal results, refill requests, and patient cases.
• Make followup calls and support care coordination with the clinical team.
• Collect and process specimens, perform CLIAwaived tests, and complete quality control tasks as assigned.
• Stock supplies, clean and organize exam rooms, and maintain equipment.
• Assist patients with required paperwork and coordination with outside agencies.
• Contribute to teamwork, excellent customer service, and a positive, missiondriven clinic culture.

Requirements:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or obtained upon hire)
• Valid Drivers License

Preferred:

• CNA License
• National Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA)
• Phlebotomy experience
• Two (2) years experience in community health or a physicians office
