Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Position Summary:

Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a center or home-based setting. BCBAs are responsible for developing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are implemented one-to-one with our Behavior Technicians. We are currently hiring a full-time BCBA to provide services at our Auburn location.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop ABA Intervention Plans for children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments including functional analyses
• Provide supervision to our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide monthly Parent Trainings
• Maintain effective communication with team members and fellow supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Be able to lift 30-40 lbs. on a regular basis
• Create a fun, interactive and engaging environment for clients

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in ABA
• BACB Certification
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
