NOW HIRING: Production Technician / Machine Operator| Sand Springs | $18–$20/hrSchedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Opportunities for pay increases as skills develop

What You'll Do

• Inspect finished railroad spikes to ensure quality standards are met
• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with machine operation and production processes
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production goals while following safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
• Forklift experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working a night shift schedule
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
