Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Recent California Dignity Health experience is mandatory
• Experience with discharge planning and utilization management
• Familiarity with InterQual criteria (training provided if needed)
• Experience completing initial assessments
• Knowledge of Cerner EMR
• Ability to manage 15–20 patient consults/assessments per day
• Experience working with various payers, uninsured patients, and homeless populations
• Strong collaboration, communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills

Schedule & Coverage

• Every other weekend required (minimum one full weekend per month depending on staffing)
• Holidays not required but may be worked if willing
• Hours generally fall between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Submission Requirements

• Two supervisor references required at submission (Charge Nurse references accepted)
• One reference must be within the last 12 months
• One reference must be within the last 3 years
