East Range Hospice Bereavement Coordinator

Job Description:

Responsible to provide a program of supportive services to help meet patient/family emotional needs regarding issues of loss and grief. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate an anticipatory grief and bereavement follow-up plan of care.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required with course work or experience in loss and grief.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

East Range Hospice:

• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
• Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
