Job Description
Primary duties will include:
• Reading job/project related paperwork and utilizing our computer system to track
project progress
• Operate deburr machinery (Wet Grainer, NS deburr machine)
• Utilizing dual action sanders to deburr sheet metal parts
• Grinding sheet metal parts
• Cleaning sheet metal parts prior to powder coating
• Mask sheet metal parts prior to powder coating
• Unmask sheet metal parts after powder coating
• Ability to work as a team member to get customer projects accomplished
• Working on other projects as directed by the management team
Qualifications:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to get to our facility on time
• Need to be able to wear a respirator for washing parts
• Ability to work as a member of a team focuses on quality, safety and productivity
• A strong sense of ethics and integrity
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Skill Set:
• Desire to work hard - to consistently do excellent work - both quality and
productivity
• Desire to learn and follow our safety and production procedures
• Ability to read basic production documents
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple adjustments to work priorities throughout the day
