Funeral Department Assistant

We are seeking a caring, compassionate, Funeral Assistant. The perfect candidate will be great with people, able to handle many tasks, drive to our different locations to pick up/drop off items, data entry, greet families, assist with visitations and services, pick up death certificates from vital records, assist with printed materials, transport decedents, take fingerprints of decedents, maintain funeral vehicles, assist Funeral Directors with various duties as needed. Funeral experience highly desired but not required.

Position is full-time. Hours may require nights and/or weekends.

Must be able to pass a background and drug screen. Good driving record, computer literate. Ability to multitask. Detail oriented and organized.

Pay depends on experience.
