Position Summary

The Project Manager – Product & Software Development is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software, product, and technology initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, product management, software development, QA, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent software and product development projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, software development, QA, UAT, and production deployments.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide executive reporting.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and manage scope changes.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development, technology, or product environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred but not required
• Experience managing SaaS, cloud, mobile, API, or enterprise software projects.
• Experience working with software development, QA, and product teams.

Technical Skills

Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Agile/Scrum, SDLC Methodologies

Success Metrics

On-time delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, successful product launches, effective risk management, and accurate project reporting.
