What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist with licensing and compliance-related tasks.
- Draft donation letters, appeals, and professional communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Maintain and update donor, family, and community contact databases.
- Manage email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact, including tracking and reporting.
- Support fundraising initiatives, community events, and volunteer coordination.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events while maintaining calendars.
- Run occasional errands, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records and documentation.
- Create marketing materials, flyers, and brochures using Canva.
- Organize files, maintain labeling systems, and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Perform data entry and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Audit resident and employee files to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Start and manage projects independently, ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate proactively and reach out with questions or updates as needed.
- Manage daily schedule independently, including coordinating tasks and breaks without direct supervision.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
What You Bring:
- Experience working with a donor database, specifically NonProfitEasy (preferred).
- Strong ability to draft donor acknowledgment letters and professional correspondence.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or in a senior administrative role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Constant Contact and Canva for communications and marketing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
