What You'll Do
As a Customer Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer contract processes from initiation through completion while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and maintain customer contracts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, including contract setup, modifications, renewals, and approvals.
- Assist with daily contract management and provisioning operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all contract-related activities and critical business processes.
- Support customer enrollment, account management, and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve contract issues and improve operational workflows.
- Monitor system performance and maintain the integrity of contract-related data.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Provide support to Contract Management team members and assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required with 4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract management, operations, administration, customer support, or a related business function, preferred if you have a bachelor's degree.
