Sr. Maintenance Mechanic

* Maximize equipment uptime by monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and performing minor repairs to maintain production efficiency

* Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems, including conveyors, forklifts, pneumatic equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and packaging machinery

* Support operators and maintenance team members by providing technical guidance, ensuring adherence to established SOPs, and assisting with equipment-related problem solving

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and maintenance policies

Required Skills & Experience:

* High school diploma or GED

* Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar position

* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

* Proven understanding of basic mechanical/engineering skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

* Any additional education is a plus
