Concrete Finisher

We are currently seeking Concrete Finishers for our upcoming projects in Lititz, PA

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pours, including forming, leveling, and grading.
• Direct the placement of concrete with the truck driver.
• Mix, pour, spread, smooth, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
• Use hand and power tools, including rakes, trowels, floats, and screeds, to achieve required textures and finishes.
• Patch existing concrete surfaces, cut expansion joints, and monitor curing processes to ensure high-quality results.
• Finish concrete on a variety of surfaces, including roadways, sidewalks, curbs, and floors.
• Inspect surfaces and identify any issues prior to and during concrete placement.
• Perform repairs and restoration work on existing concrete surfaces.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment associated with concrete finishing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment-related issues.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift materials as required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (most projects are within a 50-mile radius of Camp Hill, PA).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet project schedules.
• Experience with excavation work and equipment is preferred.
