About Amergis

At Amergis, we believe in making a difference—one student, one classroom, one community at a time. As a leading healthcare and education staffing company, we are committed to connecting passionate professionals with meaningful opportunities. We prioritize people over process, quality over quantity, and relationships over transactions. Our mission is to ensure that no student goes without the support they need to thrive.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated School Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team and support students with diverse behavioral needs. You will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic, social, and life skills success. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment that values your expertise and empowers your growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.

· Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

· Teach and reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based strategies.

· Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive support.

· Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.

· Utilize technology and adaptive tools to enhance learning experiences.

· Promote positive behavior and social interaction through evidence-based strategies.

· Maintain accurate records and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

· Provide staff training and supervision to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

· Experience working with students with behavioral challenges.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

· Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.

Why Join Amergis?

· People-First Culture: We lead with empathy, integrity, and a deep respect for the communities we serve.

· Professional Growth: Access to mentorship, training, and career development resources.

· Diversity & Inclusion: We celebrate differences and foster a workplace where everyone belongs.

· Local Support, National Reach: With over 70 offices nationwide, we’re always close by and ready to support you.

· Innovative Tools: Leverage our technology-driven platforms to streamline your work and enhance student outcomes.

Our Core Values

· Compassion: We care deeply about the people we serve and the professionals we support.

· Excellence: We strive to exceed expectations in everything we do.

· Integrity: We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

· Innovation: We embrace change and continuously seek better ways to serve.

· Community: We build lasting relationships and foster a sense of belonging.

Join Amergis and be part of a team that’s redefining what it means to support students with behavioral needs. Together, we can make education more inclusive, equitable, and impactful.
