Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
• Set up machines according to production specifications and guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Load raw materials and ensure smooth production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• May require standing for long periods
• May involve exposure to noise, dust, or moving machinery
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
