Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: Commission pay ($40,000 - $80,000+ annually)

  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, comprehensive training access, technology training, lead generation infrastructure, collaborative agent community

  • Schedule: Self-determined

  • Supplemental Pay: Commission pay

  • Work Location: Kansas City metro area (Kansas and Missouri) and Southern Missouri, including Lee's Summit, Overland Park, Springfield, and Branson.

  • Skill Development: Build transaction management, client service, and business operation skills through structured education and real-world practice scenarios.

  • Lead Response: Once licensed, respond to buyer and seller inquiries from our website and CRM system, converting them into client relationships.
