Volt is immediately hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator in San Diego, CA.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinates with managers, internal team members and outside vendors to ensure successful execution of recruitment processes.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and
  accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.
• Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel
  reimbursement and orientation materials; initiating and monitoring background screening and medical processes.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm plus overtime as needed. This role is working full time onsite in the San Diego office.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• 1- 3 year of Talent Acquisition support experience with superior communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Payrate: $30.00 to $32.00 Per Hour  DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
