Position: Barista
Location: Beans Up Coffee — Spring (21327 N Freeway, Houston, TX 77388)
Type: Full-time / Part-time / Hourly
Reports to: Shift Leader / Store Manager

About the role
As a Barista at Beans Up Coffee, you're the face of our café. You
craft quality espresso drinks, deliver fast and friendly service,
and help create the warm, welcoming experience our regulars come
back for.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and
 specialty beverages to recipe and quality standards
- Operate espresso machine, grinder, and steam wand correctly
 (we provide training)
- Take orders, handle POS/cash and card payments accurately (Square)
- Greet customers warmly and keep service quick during rush
- Keep the bar, seating, and equipment clean and stocked
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support restocking, opening, and closing duties

Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual — shows up on time, every shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm at peak
- Barista or customer-service experience a plus (not required —
 we train)
- Morning and/or weekend availability a plus
- Must be able to stand for full shifts and lift up to ~30 lbs

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
