Position Overview 

One of our Partners in Washington is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity.

This assignment offers a predominantly cath lab-focused practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities and infrequent call burden. Providers will work within a collaborative cardiovascular program while maintaining a predictable schedule averaging two weeks of coverage monthly.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking premium compensation, Epic EMR, and a strong work-life balance in the Pacific Northwest.

Provider Pay: $370/hour

Assignment Highlights

• Cath lab coverage Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately 2 weeks of coverage monthly
• Alternating weeks preferred
• 122-bed acute care hospital
• Epic EMR
• Adult patient population only
• Average 0–5 inpatient consults daily
• Standard Interventional Cardiology procedures
• Weekend call may be required approximately once monthly
• First 2 callback hours included in the 24-hour call rate
• Rare inpatient consult volume
• Washington license required at presentation
• Provider Pay Ranking: Top 10% nationally (2026)
• Orientation fully billable
• Potential long-term relationship through January 2027
