Senior Tool & Die Maker – Catoosa, OK (74015)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (3-day weekends)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tool & Die Maker to build, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauging supporting high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities include interpreting customer specs, developing strip layouts, building and assembling progressive tooling, and recommending design improvements. Set up and operate manual machines (lathe, mill, grinder), install basic hydraulic/electrical components, and perform precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, gage pins, thread gages, profilometers, CMM, and optical comparators. Maintain accurate tooling documentation and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years progressive die experience
• strong troubleshooting and tool build skills
• ability to hold tight tolerances
• independently machine and fit components
• lift up to 75 lbs
• stand for extended periods.
