We are looking for a talented, personable Bartender to join our team at an elegant cocktail lounge inside a historic Hotel in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. You'll step into a world where old-world charm meets modern elegance. Beneath a stunning chandelier that casts a warm, inviting glow, our intimate lounge offers refined relaxation with plush furnishings, soft jazz, and attentive service. Our menu celebrates classic cocktails with a contemporary twist—using premium spirits, fresh seasonal ingredients, and creative flair—alongside a curated selection of fine wines and local craft beers. Guests include hotel visitors and locals who come for romantic evenings, celebrations, or a sophisticated night out.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, personalized cocktail service in an upscale, intimate environment
• Craft signature drinks and classics with precision and creativity
• Provide warm, attentive hospitality that makes every guest feel like a VIP
• Maintain the elegant atmosphere and high standards of the lounge
• Work collaboratively with the Hotel team to create memorable experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale/craft cocktail setting (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, wine, and beer
• Professional, polished, and warm demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet serene luxury environment
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
