Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry, Float Pool – Nights

Location

Tucson, Arizona

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Onsite | Float Pool

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Float between multiple facilities as assigned within the network

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Willingness to float between departments and multiple facilities within the network

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Comfort working in a float pool environment across varied patient populations
