Med/Surg/Tele Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
• Ability to manage a high-acuity patient population in a fast-paced environment
