Registered Nurse (RN) – Swing Bed / Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Projected Start: June 29, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to swing bed patients in a medical-surgical setting
• Deliver nursing care for patients requiring wound care, IV therapy, and physical therapy support
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings and adjusting care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hospital-based nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Permanent residence located more than 50 miles from the facility (travel requirement)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in long-term care or swing bed/rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with wound care and IV therapy in a post-acute or rehab environment
